CANCELLATION POLICY

• 80% refund for cancellations more than 7 days in advance

• 50% refund for cancellations within 7 days but more than 24 hours in advance.

• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-show.

STORE POLICY

• Players must arrive 15 minutes before the booked time for orientation. During this time we will collect signed waivers, go through safety rules, teach shooting forms/techniques, and give you time to practice.

• Please arrive on time as there will be NO extra time allotted for coming in late

• Outside food & drinks are NOT permitted unless it is a Birthday Package in which you may bring in cake and fruit/veggie platters

• Players must be ages 7 and up to participate. A parent or guardian must sign the waiver and provide supervision for players under the age of 18.

• If the bow or arrow is broken due to negligence, misuse, dry firing, or overextending the draw length, a fine will be charged for damages.

• By booking, you agree to ATAG’s Terms & Conditions. ATAG reserves the right to store and use the information provided by every booking.

• With the purchase of 1 game session, you will be eligible for a 50% off 2nd game session.

• It is not exchangeable for cash and merchandise purchase. No refund once payment has been made.

• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other ATAG’s on-going promotion.
