YOGA IS THE NEW TEAM BUILDING

Fun and active session suitable for absolutely everyone. In this activity, everyone works together in pairs or sometimes in the whole group to try out several yoga poses, which requires teamwork, communication and lots of fun and laughter in the process.

LONG-TERM TECHNIQUES

Introduction to mindfulness practice, and several techniques for reducing stress levels. We introduce some simple exercises that have an immediate effect on the body, mind and stress levels of the participants and that can be easily remembered for daily use afterwards.

DESK THERAPY SESSION

Counter the effects of long periods of sitting at a desk or behind the steering wheel. In this session we use stretches, breathing exercises, a mindfulness practice and relaxation techniques to give our bodies and minds a well deserved break from our hunched position behind the computer. 

FAQ


1. What do I need?

Personal yoga mat, sport attire and covered sport shoes are required. 

2. Can I have it at my own venue?

Locations are not limited to just our partner venues. If you have a venue in mind, don’t hesitate to tell us and we will see how we can work things out for you. 


3. Who are the trainers?
Our trainers are professionally certified yoga instructors.

4. How many pax in a group? Can we have our preferred time?

Max 15 students per instructor. We're available EVERYDAY from 8am-8pm at your convenience. Available during the public holidays too!
